Verified For enjoying Jaco beach this is the perfect place to stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself fit our family of 4. Everything in the apartment was as expected. No complaints. We will be back!

Verified Nice place near the beach and close to the city center. Very clean and new. Highly recommended. Didn't notice is the add that one of the bedrooms has bunkbeds. A plus if you have 2 kids in your group. Once the guard grants you access to the property you will be able to come and go as you please easily without ever meeting the host. In theory this is an awesome setup but the guard didn't have all of our names when we arrived so we had to wait while he called the host anyway. Thankfully the host took care of it quickly and it wasnt a big deal. In fairness, I didn't give the host all of our names until the day of check-in which was probably the source of the confusion for the guard (he only had my name). Suggest you send the names of all your guests right away after booking.
